These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of verraralabs.com (the “Site”) and any products purchased through it (the “Products”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase Products.

1. Research Use Only

All Products sold on this Site are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes only. Products are chemical/biological research reagents, are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or foods, and are not intended for any other use.

2. No Human or Veterinary Use

Products are not intended for human or animal use, consumption, application, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition under any circumstances. You agree that you will not administer, ingest, inject, apply, or otherwise use any Product on or in a human or animal.

3. Qualified Purchaser Representation

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are (a) at least 21 years of age, (b) purchasing solely on behalf of a legitimate research, laboratory, or educational purpose, and (c) have the training, facilities, and authority necessary to handle research chemicals safely and in compliance with applicable law.

4. No Resale or Redistribution

Products may not be resold, redistributed, repackaged, or otherwise transferred for any use other than your own qualified research purposes without our prior written consent.

5. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that research chemicals can be hazardous if mishandled and agree to assume all risk associated with the purchase, storage, handling, and use of Products. You are solely responsible for using Products safely, in accordance with applicable laboratory safety standards, and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

6. Product Information & No Medical Claims

This Site does not provide medical advice. Statements made about Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this Site should be construed as a recommendation for human or animal use.

7. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase Products from this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verrara Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your purchase, storage, handling, or use of any Product, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verrara Labs, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of any Product or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Verrara Labs is registered to do business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
